Voice Service Associates


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Obtains and verifies information received from client through phone calls and emails, and inputs validated data in client-supplied application in accordance with project specifications.
  • Conducts follow up calls or emails to ensure information orders are processed within specified turn-around time.
  • Checks accuracy and completeness of gathered data.
  • Adheres to the channel’s standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Attends project orientation, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated training when necessary
  • Reports all issues encountered with client-supplied applications to immediate superior
  • Reports machine/network breakdown to immediate superior

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a 4-year course preferable related to Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, English, Literature, or Mass Communication; or must have completed 2 year college education
  • Knowledgeable in basic PC operations
  • Knowledgeable in internet and can easily learn and use client provided applications and software
  • Knowledgeable about the business process
  • Must possess typing skills of 200 cpm at 100% accuracy
  • Ability to analyze facts, and draw valid conclusions following the specified client instructions
  • High and keen attention to details
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking activities
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to understand information presented orally and in writing
  • Ability to understand various English accents
  • Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
