Outsourcing is not a new business function

According to the Outsourcing Institute, more and more companies, large and small, are outsourcing an assortment of non-strategic functions in order for them to concentrate on more competitive opportunities to increase their bottom line. According to Gartner, "The worldwide BPO market is forecast to reach $234 billion in 2005".
