President & CEO
James M. Donovan co-founded AMDATEX in 1998. James brings extensive BPO & PEO experience, and is a noted authority on Global Business Economics. Formerly Vice President of Daiwa American Securities of New York and Lehman Investments in Hong Kong/London, he currently holds chair positions on Assets and Infrastructure Partners and Woodstock Exports. James is renowned for his international business insights and his 25 years of Investment Banking experience.
Carol S. Esguerra
Chief Financial Officer
Carol S. Esguerra offers a formidable 20 years of financial, banking and investment experience. Previously associated with Pacific Asia Capital Corporation as an Associate and Director of A&A Securities, she is the CFO of Assets and Infrastructure Partners, and focuses on accounting/financial management and human resources management
Arnel Galo S. Esguerra
Vice President - Philippines
Arnel brings 25 years of sales and marketing experience from the Information Technologies (IT) and Telecommunications Industry. Previously associated with Pilipino Telephone Company, a subsidiary of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), as the Director of Sales & Marketing, he is now the Managing Director of ADEC - Philippine Operation Centers.

Danny R. Bautista brings over 15 years experience from the banking industry. With a Master's Degree in Business Management and Certification of Public Accountancy (CPA), Danny pursued a career in Investment Banking prior to working within the banking industry. Formerly of Banco de Oro, he brings specialization in the field of Loan and Equity Underwriting, Corporate Finance, Project Finance and Financial Advisory services.
